Now let’s look at the pencils in your pencil case. And let’s organize them, so the warm colors are together and the cool colors are together.

Look at these too pictures again. Where is Charles White using warm colors? Where is he using cool colors? Does he ever mix them???
And now, let’s practice…
Let’s try putting cool colors on top of each other – in layers. Just the cool colors. And make marks going up and down.
Then, let’s try putting warm colors on top of each other. This time, let’s use swirls. Just the warm colors.
Last, let’s try mixing warm and cool colors together.
